Our lots can accommodate RVs and tiny homes up to 45 feet in length with full hookups. Sites are level with good drainage and plenty of maneuvering room.
Is there a minimum stay requirement for monthly rates?
Yes, monthly rates require a minimum 30-day stay. We also offer seasonal arrangements for longer commitments with preferred pricing.
Can I choose my specific lot location?
We work with monthly renters to accommodate site preferences when possible, especially for seasonal arrangements. Lakefront and premium sites may have additional fees.
What utilities are included in the monthly rate?
Water, sewer, and electric are included in your monthly rate, along with Wi-Fi, trash service, and access to all community amenities.
