Reservations and Bookings

Reservations may be made through our website contact forms or by calling directly. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Cancellation policies vary by accommodation type and will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, health emergencies, or facility maintenance issues.

Community Standards and Conduct

Star Route maintains an adult-focused, peaceful community environment. All guests and residents are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with posted community guidelines. We reserve the right to terminate stays or leases for violations of community standards, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with property rules.

Pets may be permitted in designated areas with prior approval and additional fees. Specific pet policies will be provided upon inquiry.

VASH Program and Veteran Services

Star Route is approved to accept Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Program participants. VASH Program housing is subject to VA approval and program guidelines in addition to our standard lease terms. We provide application assistance but cannot guarantee VA approval.
